New Mesothelioma Treatments
New Mesothelioma cancer therapies are in the works by Alfacell Corporation, a New Jersey pharmaceutical and research company. Their drug Oncanase apparently has been shown to destroy cancer cells while leaving healthy cells unharmed. Also, the Aldara, a skin cream is testing as a promising cancer fighter in studies using mice. Researchers also are injecting the skin cream directly into a cancer patient’s mesothelioma tumor-the Aldara cream is administered in concert with tumor injected anti-CD40, a stimulant.
