Mesothelioma



Mesothelioma is a rare form of cancer in which cancer (malignant) cells
are found in the sac lining the chest (the pleura), the lining of the abdominal
cavity (the peritoneum) or the lining around the heart (the pericardium). It is
generally caused by asbestos exposure. We are providing on this site a source of
resources to support those injured by mesothelioma.

UK Compensation for Mesothelioma

On October 1, Britains will have a compensation fund for people who have contracted asbestos cancer indirectly will soon be on hand to help sufferers. The fund provides payments of up to £14,000 to a specialized group of sufferers who worked with asbestos prior to its banning.
